After much consideration and internal debate with myself. I’ll be moving on from the entire SEO community and focusing on helping Google become a better search engine for the users.
I was contacted by Michael from the Search Quality Team in early January (2014) and after a lot of hard thinking and figuring out the logistics, I’m finally ready to move on with my career and will be moving to California on the 20th of April, 2014 – 4 Days before I turn 18, so I’ll be starting the following week of my birthday on the 28th of April.
I’d like to thank everyone who supported my blog, writing and helped guide me through this rather convoluted world, but I’m now ready to focus on improving the search experience for users, rather than trying to game it for my own advantage.
I’d also like to thank all of my family, specifically my Mum who helped me early on investing into my blog and helping it grow, as well as helping take care of my finances before I hit 18.
Matt was kind enough to give me a bit of a shoutout on Twitter with a Tweet –
I’ll try to keep the blog as up-to-date as possible, but in the future I’ll be posting on both the webmaster support blog and youtube channel.
I look forward to what has to come and again would like to thank everyone who supported my blog.
For now, Good bye.
